Thanks for the LOBO workout! I am sooooooo sore today, but feel really great. Sorry you couldn't make it Burpees girl.
My diet was pretty good yesterday, aside from the popcorn I had for a snack. I ate a salad for lunch, some trail mix, and for dinner I had vegetarian chili. This morning for breakfast I ate some yummy kale and garlic :)
