Warm up: Easy run jog around the block with DH
Workout: 3 rounds of 50 pushups, 50 situps (hands behind head), and 50 squats
DH hasn't worked out in a loooooooong time, so he did 3 rounds of 20/20/20.

ooh, I like the sound of that workout . . . I may try it out tomorrow. I also promise to start posting workouts once I do enough of a workout to post. :)
Yeah, it was nice. I tried to get it done as quick as possible too. DH and I were going at the same time instead of taking turns.
I tried to post my workout, and I can't find the blog this! link that I used before. What am I missing?
