Re-entry is hard!

Back to work yesterday and today. Ugh. Had a good workout Monday morning and it was the best part of my day...

2 sets of 20 reps:

push-ups
renegade rows (10 each side w/ 16 ks)
foot up lunges (10 each side w/ 16 ks)
box step ups (no resistance, 20 each side)
PW pike ups
PW leg curls

Lots of meetings today, need to take a bike ride or a run after work...Be strong!

I'm with you on re-entry being hard! Its super hard! Good job though - keep it up!

Did you make up the Ratatouille recipe yourself or where did you get the recipe? I've never had it...I want to try it. :)

I'm kind of hoping that I find out that my start date is later so that I have more time to train and so that you can come visit! :)

Me too! Here is the ratatouille:
chop up and saute in olive oil two fresh tomatoes, 1 zuchinni, 1 small eggplant, three cloves of garlic. Dump in a small jar of green olive (rinsed), and a can of chick peas. You can add green and/or red peppers to the sauteed veggies. Easy peasy!
