I felt pretty tired when I woke up this morning. I decided to go out for a run anyway...I think my ego wanted to go for a run much more than my body did. I need to think about planning more rest days.
Anyway, I covered about 4 miles, at a medium to medium-slow pace. That's probably it for today.

remember Crossfit plans 3 on, 1 off. That's not for everyone, but its an important reminder that you do need rest every now and then. I usually take one full day off, more if school is kicking my butt. Otherwise I feel the quality of my workouts slipping.
I know, I know. I can tell everyone else why rest days are important...and then I have a hard time taking them. I am such a hypocrite.
Yesterday was a rest day, although I did "play". Well, and I did egoscue stuff too, but that's like doing HEY. I mean, its totally different, but it would be equivalent to doing HEY. And I played with KBs on and off, but nothing serious.
I need to put more value in my own rest though...
