Beautiful weekend!!

Finally! It was sunny and warm both days. Did 30 miles on my bike Saturday, and 40 on Sunday. Also raked out my backyard which is no small feet as it's not grass but prairie flowers and allergies prevented me from doing any work out there last year. So, cleared out a lot of dead brush, sawed down a couple over grown limbs from trees...A good workout in addition to the bikeride. Shoulders are sore and my thoracic spine feels stiff. I wonder if I have a good position for my seat or when I ride. Have to check with my bikeman.
