tired

I gave blood this morning, so I shouldn't have been surprised that I felt tired and lightheaded during most of my workout today! It still frustrated me though. Ah well.

I did 40's of bodyweight exercises:
downdog pushups off high box
pullups
pistols
one-legged deadlifts (I actually used 8k's for this one).

I had my bodyfat rechecked and am down nearly 3%, which I was pleasantly surprised to find. As long as I keep making more good choices than bad, I'll be on track to hit 25%BF in time to start residency.

Congrats on the BF dropping! It's not surprising...you've been working hard.
